Baku turns its sixth thousand

The Union for Independent Architects (UIA) has adopted an appeal to President Aliyev, the parliament and UNESCO to celebrate the jubilee of the Azeri capital, Baku that turns six thousand years. The union calls on the parliament to debate the issue and says celebrations should be held under UNESCO and by other Turkic nations.
