Roundtable for US-Azerbaijan diplomatic anniversary

A roundtable as part of the "International education week" was held at Baku State University Saturday to mark the tenth anniversary of Azerbaijan- USA diplomatic relations. The roundtable came as a joint project of the Azerbaijan-US Youth Union and the American International Education Council.

Discussions on the anniversary, cooperation in economic, political, cultural, social, humanitarian and educational spheres and reports on oil strategies of both countries were held in the gathering. Partaking in the roundtable were rector of Baku State University Abel Muharramov, director of the AIEC representation in Azerbaijan Jeremy Tash and officials of the US embassy.*
