Youngest chess player in world team

An international chess tournament will be held in the Kremlin Palace of Moscow on 8-11 September, as Russia will play against the world team.

The world team includes V. Anand from India, R. Ponomaryov and V. Ivanchuk from the Ukraine, P. Leko and Y. Polgar from Hungary, A. Shirov from Spain, B. Gelfand and I. Smir from Israel, and N. Short from England.

Also in the world team is the youngest international Grand Master, 16-year old Azeri player Teymur Radjabov.*
