Azeri leader meets Saudi culture minister

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received on Tuesday Saudi Minister for Information and Culture Iyad Madani.

President Aliyev stressed the successful development of relations between the two countries as well as the importance of cooperation in the field of culture. He said that holding the Days of Saudi Culture in Azerbaijan would play an important role in the expansion of bilateral cultural relations and comprehensively inform the public about the history and culture of Saudi Arabia.

Madani, in turn, stressed great potential for the expansion of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia in the field of culture.*
