Top prosecutor to return to work by weekend

Azerbaijani Prosecutor-General Zakir Garalov, who had been on short-term leave since September 17, will return to work by the end of this week, his deputy said.

Rustam Usubov told reporters that Garalov’s health was currently normal and he felt well. He said that the prosecutor-general had a rest abroad during his holiday.

Garalov was hospitalized with high blood pressure on September 13 but discharged from hospital two days later after receiving treatment.*
