Independence Day of Azerbaijan

Dear HBSCA Members and Friends,

Azerbaijani Students Union (ASU) at the University of Houston announces the celebration of Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The presentation dedicated to Azerbaijan and our Independece Day will be held at Bayou City Room (Rm # 202, 2nd floor of the University Center), University of Houston main campus on October 18, from 12:00 to 1:00 pm.

Free pizza and soda will be provided. We also plan having T-shirts with Azerbaijan symbols at the event as presents for those who answers questions about Azerbaijan after the presentation. Hope to see you all there!

Directions to the University Center from I-45 South (from downtown)
- exit Spur 5 South
- turn right on University Dr .
- cross Calhoun and enter campus at Entrance 1
- the UH Visitor Information Booth is on your left
- after you pass the Information Booth the University Center will be on your right

There is metered parking in front of the University Center and at the Hilton Hotel.
Visitors can also pay a fee and park under the Hilton Hotel or in a nearby lot.
