No emergency state to be declared

The head of President's office socio-political department Ali Hasanov dismissed rumors on alleged declaration of emergency state in Baku shortly.
He said that Azerbaijan doesn't intend to wage a war now. Moreover, the war, as he believes, should be decided not by the authorities and politicians, but the people proper and may be unleashed only after an overall scrutiny of the situation in Azerbaijan and Armenia. Mr. Hasanov thinks that the advantages and shortcomings of the war should be studied too.
Asked if it is feasible to reject the passive activities of the OSCE Minsk Group and use meditation of separate countries, Mr. Hasanov said: "We will reject meditation of neither the Minsk Group nor other countries, as Azerbaijan will use all modes of cooperation".
