MP Shamil Gurbanov's speech on the Khojali genocide in a parliamentary session Tuesday drew disagreement from Baku-accredited diplomats in the house of parliament. German, French, Greek and other diplomats walked out of the parliament in protest after Sh. Gurbanov described French President Jacques Chirac as "becoming impudent". The words came as the parliamentarian was denouncing the French Senate and President for having recognized the concocted "Armenian genocide". Despite insistent calls of the speaker to abide by ethic norms, Sh. Gurbanli repeated his statements several times.
