Customer Service Department of Azercell Telecom JV, operating 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, is the only place for subscribers to approach over their problems with mobile communication service. Starting from January 16, 2001 telephone numbers of Customer Services of Azercell, SimSim and Azeronline, the Internet provider under Azercell JV, have been changed as follows:

* The previous contact number of Azercell Customer Service (983011) has been replaced with 905252. By calling 6565, Azercell subscribers can contact directly the Azercell Customer Service. We would like to inform our customers that per-minute charge on the 6565 number use will be 10 cents (according to the National Bank's exchange rate for that day) with first five minutes being free of charge.

* The previous contact number of SimSim Customer Service (980566) has been replaced with 904949. By calling 2002, SimSim subscribers can access directly the Azercell Customer Service through mobile phone and have their questions answered. Besides, the charge for this service has not been changed, i.e. it is still 20 contours regardless of duration.

* The previous contact number of Azeronline company, providing the Internet services under Azercell JV (983033), has been replaced with 904994. In addition, users of Azercell can call 2020 for the Customer Service. The per-minute charge for this service is 10 cents (according to the National Bank's exchange rate for that day) with first five minutes being free of charge.
