 | Upper Garabagh NGOs in Baku |
A delegation comprising representatives of NGOs and intellectuals from Upper Garabagh arrived in Baku Tuesday.
The visit being paid with financial suport from the Open Society Institute - Assistance Foundation (Azerbaijan), is expected to last till September 11. As part of the visit the group is scheduled to meet with President's office officials, leaders of major political parties, members of the Azeri delegation in the PA CE, as well as NGOs and intellectuals, a source from the Helsinki Civil Watch National Committee said Tuesday.
