Foreign Minister Vilayat Guliyev left for Moscow Tuesday to attend the meeting of CIS Foreign Ministers council due Wednesday. The parties are expected to focus on ways of coordinating their foreign political courses and agenda of the upcoming 56th session of the UN general assembly. The ministers will also review progress in the formation of the CIS anti-terrorist center.
