President Aliyev decreed Thursday to approve the composition of the state commission on cooperation between Iran and Azerbaijan in economic, commercial and humanitarian areas, as minister for economic development Farhad Aliyev was appointed as chairman. The group also includes deputy foreign minister Khalaf Khalafov, deputy ministers of agriculture Jahan Mammadov, of culture Adalat Valiyev, first vice-premier of Nakhchivan Alasgar Sadikhov, chairman of the Caspian Shipping Company Aydin Bashirov, first deputy chairman of the State Customs Committee Aydin Aliyev, president of the "AzerAvtoYol" state concern Hussein Husseinov, deputy chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Bank of Azerbaijan Vadim Khubanov, SOCAR vice-president Khoshbakht Yusifzadeh, commander of the border troops of the Ministry of National Security Elchin Guliyev, deputy head of the Azerbaijan Railway Office Musa Panahov, and acting chairman of the "AzerEnergy" JSC Imran Hasanov.
