Hajibala Abutalibov appointed Baku Mayor

The President of Azerbaijan has decreed to appoint former vice-premier Hajibala Abutalibov as Mayor of Baku.
Before his career in the government, H. Abutalibov was district mayor of the Surakhani district of Baku.*
