TURKSOY presents H. Aliyev with golden plate

President Aliyev received participants of the 15th meeting of the TURKSOY permanent council of ministers of culture Wednesday. Mentioning that the objective of the organization is to contribute to the unity of history and culture of Turkic nations, the head of state highlighted the importance of restoring the lost values.
On behalf of TURKSOY, H. Aliyev was presented with a specially made golden plate.*
