 | Key West talks underway |
Talks over negotiated settlement of the Garabagh conflict resumed in Key West, Florida, Thursday, with US Secretary of State Colin Powell gone. The talks are now being brokered by the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs Carry Cavanaugh (USA), Nikolay Gribkov (Russia) and Jean Jacques Guayard (France).
According to Mr. Cavanaugh, the talks have entered a crucial stage.
Some sources say if a preliminary agreement is reached in the talks, another meeting of Azeri and Armenian presidents will be held in Moscow to finalize it.*
