President leaving for USA

President Aliyev is expected to leave for the USA Sunday on the invitation of US Secretary of State Colin Powell, according to the President’s office. During the visit, H. Aliyev will meet with Mr. Powell in Key West, Florida, and hold talks with Armenian counterpart over the peace settlement of the Garabagh conflict to be brokered by the US administration and OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs.*
