Azeri, Armenian Defense Ministers meet on border

Defense Ministers of Azerbaijan Safar Abiyev and of Armenia Serge Sarkissian met Friday in Sadarak province of the Nakhchivan AR on the border between the two countries, according to Azeri MOD. The Ministers agreed to further step up the cease-fire regime, ways of establishing contacts in emergency situations, unconditional mutual release of POWs within 1-2 days, and further bilateral meetings.*
