Motorola closing down?

The press service of the “Baksell” JV confirmed that “Motorola”, currently operating in over 50 countries of the world, is closing down. However, “Motorola”, which possesses 35% share in the JV’s, has not handed down any official statement of its decision.
According to the JV, the issue will be clarified soon.*
