 | Profit tax to be differentiated |
Profit tax is expected to fall by 2 percent to 25 percent next year in Baku, according to the Ministry of Taxes.
This type of tax has been lowered in the countryside to boost the regions and prevent the flow of the population to urban areas, as profit tax will constitute 20 percent in Ganca, Sumgayit and Mingacevir, 15 percent in other towns and Districts, and 10 percent in mountainous regions.*
