Congress of Azeris in Iran due

An organizing committee of 10 members of the National Awakening Movement of Azarbaycan, a historic Azerbaijani region in Iran, and its branches in Iran has been set up to prepare for a congress of Azerbaijanis in Iran. The idea is initiated by leader of the movement, Dr. Mahmudali Chehraganli, and the date of the congress is still to be ascertained.

The NAMSA is currently running 18 offices worldwide.*
