ExxonMobil schedules drilling

ExxonMobil intends to drill the first exploration well on the “Nakhchivan” prospect in 2001, a source at the company told AssA-Irada Monday.

It is still obscure which semi submersible drilling rig will be employed during the drilling operations. It is believed to be “Dada Gorgud”, which is currently engaged in drilling on the “Inam” field and expected to drill on the “Kurdashi” later.*
