Strong wind expected

Hot weather is expected to survive in Baku and on Abseron Peninsula until Thursday, with no showers. The north-east wind blowing at 8-13 meters a second will turn into south Wednesday. However, it will intensify to 9-14 meters a second in the Thursday afternoon, sometimes to 16-18 meters a second in the north-west direction.

The relative moisture of the weather is expected to rise by 50-60 percent. Barometric pressure will drop from 761 to 759 millimeters. Temperature will make up 32-37 degrees in the daytime on Abseron Peninsula, 34-36 degrees in Baku and 22-26 degrees at night.

The temperature of the water at Abseron beaches will be 27 degrees in the morning and will increase to 29 degrees in the daytime.*
