New wine plant being built in Tovuz

Construction of a new wine plant, being built by the “Tovuz Baltiya” company in Tovuz province of Azerbaijan is drawing to close. The plant is expected to produce wine, cognac and cognac alcohol.
The plant has obtained a license from the Ministry of Agriculture to make 5,000 decolitres of wine, 5,000 decolitres of cognac alcohol and 20,000 decolitres of cognac.
“Tovuz-Baltiya” has the wine and cognac reserves of 30,000 decolitres, as well as grape plantations.*
