Second quake in the Caspian
An earthquake centered 420 kilometers north of Baku hit the Caspian in the early hours of Sunday, as it measured 3 points in Makhachkala, Dagestan.
The temblor, this time the second in the Caspian, didn’t affect Azerbaijan, the Chief Seismic Service reported Monday.*
