PNIA leader demands military doctrine from President

"Heydar Aliyev must fulfil his responsibilities and submit Azerbaijan’s military doctrine to the Milli Mejlis within two months", the PNIA chairman Etibar Mammadov told a forum of the National Resistance Movement Thursday.
According to him, under the Constitution the President has long been overdue on the doctrine. Mr. Mammadov indicated Azerbaijan hadn’t had a military doctrine since 1995. If we had it, solution to the Garabagh problem would be facilitated, he said.*
