MP stands for protecting information space

A member of the Milli Mejlis representing PFPA reformers Alimammad Nuriyev told the parliament session Tuesday that it is necessary to limit the broadcast of foreign television channels in Azerbaijan. He demanded state bodies to protect the security of the information space in the country following a program on Russian NTV channel “Top Secret” dedicated to the army of the self-proclaimed Upper Garabagh republic. This is the very army that has perpetrated the genocide in Khojali in February 1992. The broadcast of such a program in Azerbaijan is totally unacceptable, he said.*
