Turkey to build new residential complex
Turkish “Hapugam Investment Holding” is going to build another residential complex in the Yasamal district of Baku on an area of 54.3 hectares. The complex will be located on the bank of the stained-water lake known as Ganli Gol. $64-66 million will be invested in construction, president of the company Ahmet Erentok told AssA-Irada Thursday.
According to him, the complex will include shopping and fitness centers, a school for 500 children, a kindergarten for 200 kids, a three star hotel, a hospital and residential buildings. The company also intends to build a private medical university.
Mr. Erentok said construction would be launched in May and completed in 2003. Ex-president Suleyman Demirel is expected to attend the inaugural ceremony due on May 10, 2003.*
