 | AzAL launches regular Baku-Paris-Baku flights |
The Azerbaijan Airlines Boeing-757 touched down at the Charles de Gaulle-1 International Airport of Paris on February 20, where a welcoming ceremony was organized for the first Azeri delegation to fly along the new route. The flights will be conducted twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
The launch of the flight represents a landmark event in the history of Azerbaijan civil aviation and integration with the passenger aviation market of Europe and USA.
From now onwards, AzAL has been authorized to sell Air France tickets from Paris to 16 US and 7 European cities. The Azerbaijan Airlines has also concluded commercial agreements with international reservation and sales agencies Amadeus and Galileo, enabling the sale of AzAL tickets worldwide through a network of Air France, AzAL’s general sales agent.*
