Court upholds Ecolex suit

Chairman of the Center for Ecology Law, Ecolex-Azerbaijan, Samir Isayev has told AssA-Irada that the Court of Appeals investigated his entity's suit against the Ministry of Justice, which as the plaintiff maintains declines to register the center, although it applied for registration last year.

The Court has repealed the decision of the Yasamal district court legalizing the action of the Ministry of Justice. Few days prior to the ruling the Ministry issued a written rejection to register the center, explaining

it with some drawbacks in its documentation.
