Media law to be amended with CE experts

MP Rizvan Jabiyev told a parliament session Tuesday that the amendments to the draft laws “On media” and “On TV and radio broadcasting” had been forwarded to the CE, which has sent its experts to Baku. The experts are expected to take part in the sessions of the Milli Mejlis dedicated to the debates of the laws on December 12-14.

The bills should be passed in the first reading before the end of December under the commitments of Azerbaijan to the CE.*
