As part of its Program for Protection of Intellectual Property, TACIS is expected to hold an international seminar in Baku dedicated to the problems of young authors in Azerbaijan and protection of their rights.
The two-day seminar will be held at the Academy of Music and attended by venerated copyright specialists from abroad.*
