The building of the Garabagh handicapped, who have been on a hunger strike since January 21, has been surrounded by police. Interior Minister Ramil Usubov explains it by the fact that the handicapped have conducted a banned a picket. According to him, police are protecting public order. Chairman of the society Etimad Asadov has stated that the action will last “until death”, while his deputy Firudin Mammadov added that prior to the action 26 disabled had committed suicide and 75 attempted to do so.*
