Russian vessels leaving territorial waters of Azerbaijan

5 vessels of the Russian Caspian fleet left the territorial waters of Azerbaijan January 11, where they were invited by Azeri President Aliyev, MOD said Monday.

The Russian vessels under the command of the commander of the Russian Naval Fleet, Admiral Vladimir Kurayedov entered Baku bay on January 10 to attend the arrangements in honor of Russian President Putin's official visit to Azerbaijan. The vessels entered Baku bay in accordance with international norms and following an agreement between the Azeri and Russian governments.*
