Russian Security Council chief to visit Baku
A Russian delegation led by chairman of the Security Council Vladimir Rushaylo is expected to arrive in Baku Monday.
Mr. Rushaylo is expected to meet with President Aliyev, foreign minister Guluyev and President’s chief-of-staff Mehdiyev to focus on the settlement of the Garabagh conflict, Russo-Azeri relations and regional security issues.*
