Azerbaijan Urges Armenia To Refrain From Precipitous Steps
Azerbaijan is urging Armenia to abandon illogical and hazardous experiments, not to exacerbate the already precarious situation and take positive steps aimed at restoring peace and mutual confidence with Azerbaijan, says a statement by Foreign Ministry Monday.
The statement follows signing by Yerevan and the occupant regime of the Upper Karabakh of a Memorandum on cooperation in different spheres.
These political and historical shows are a mere falsification being resorted to by the puppet Upper Karabakh republic, which is harbored by Armenian government. This is being done simply to demonstrate its very existence, to challenge the Azerbaijan national legislation and defy norms and principles of international law.
Azerbaijan has never and will never recognize the legitimacy of these decisions, categorically condemns and will continue condemning any action that leads to invigoration of the consequences of Armenian aggression against Azerbaijan and undermines the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, says the statement.*
