Garabagh war disabled seeking aid from int’l organizations

A meeting of the human rights committee for the Garabagh war disabled held at the Human Rights Resource Center Wednesday was attended by members of the liquidated Society of the Garabagh War Disabled.
The meeting focused on the possibility of using the assistance of international organization in rehabilitating the rights of the Society members.
The society’s lawyer Aslan Ismayilov said the hearings at the UN Human Rights Committee due in June would also review the materials forwarded by the Society. He said the same materials would also be sent to the COE Human Rights Committee representatives expected to visit Baku on May 7.*
