The deaf promised justice

Administration of the National Society of People with Impaired Hearing, in a bid to rehabilitate the infringed upon human rights of its members, has met with the senior inspector of the Mayor’s office department for distribution of apartments Faig Aslanov. The latter pledged that the society would be provided with a 3-hectare plot instead of the illegally captured one, which is not possible to vacate.

Back in 1988, the Society transferred a total of 940,000 Rubles for the city authorities to build 44 apartments, but only half of them were then built.*
