 | Children to congratulate President |
A gala-concert of children winners of the “Looking for prodigies” competition is due in May, on President Aliyev’s birthday, says deputy chairperson of the Children’s Organization of Azerbaijan Rukhsara Akhundova.
The contest involving refugee children settled in Baku started in September 2000. Three stages are already over and 40 chosen kids chosen, including performers of folk songs and dances, are expected to perform at the concert.
This is the fourth strait year such concerts are held.*
