Fighting without rules championship due shortly

The fourth national championship in fighting without rules, organized by the Azerbaijan Professional League for Oriental Combats in conjunction with the Azerbaijan Karate-doe Federation Associations, is due at the Circus on April 14. The championship is being sponsored by the Baku Castel joint venture.

President of the League Fikrat Zeynalov told AssA-Irada Thursday that 10 athletes are expected to compete in the championship. The winner will receive AZM8 million and a champion’s belt valued at $1,000. The best fighter will also be admitted to the International Federation of fighting without rules. Vice-champion will receive AZM4 million.*
