Customs fetch AZM173.7bn to state budget in first quarter

In January-March 2001, the State Customs Committee transferred AZM173.7 billion in tax and duties to the state budget, thus fulfilling the plan. The indicator is AZM17.8 billion, or 11.4%, over 2000.
The Committee is expected to transfer AZM820 billion to the state budget this year.*
