Russian, Azeri culture centers to start functioning in Baku, Moscow

Russian culture center being set up in accordance with the recently-signed Azeri-Russian agreement on cultural cooperation is to open in Baku shortly. It will be functioning within “RosZarubezhCenter” organization, according to its director Parmen Shinshin.
He said the center is going to arrange for an exhibition at Baku State University dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the first flight to space, a chess tournament, and a competition of children’s drawings.
A center of Azeri culture will also be opened in Moscow shortly.*
