41 refugee children were circumcised in Azerbaijan in March on the joint initiative of the Turkish Medical Center, “Budan” and the Committee for protection of refugee women and children.
According to deputy chairman of the Committee Telman Dadashov, a total of 250 kids have undergone circumcision.*
