 | Privatization fetches AZM520bn to state budget |
AZM520 billion has entered the state budget from privatization. Including AZM243 billion from denationalization of small enterprises, head of the President's office economic policy department Mail Rahimov told a traditional news conference at the YAP HQs Friday.
According to him, AZM52 billion was earned from the sale of privatization options.
Mr. Rahimov said 25% of the revenues to be earned on the second stage of privatization will be transferred to the Ministry for State Property for necessary preparatory work at enterprises slated for privatization.
Touching upon the vouchers handed out to the population, Mr. Rahimov said only 500,000 of 32 million vouchers are kept at the President's fund and their distribution is out envisioned.*
