 | German song duet to perform in Baku |
A German musical duet comprising Renata Brosch (soprano) and Karl Friedrich Schefer (grand piano) is expected to arrive in Azerbaijan shortly on the invitation of the German-Azerbaijan culture center “Kapelhouse” and German embassy.
The center is also expected to host a concert “Nightingale” on the motives of H. C. Andersen’s fairy tale in April, while on April 10 the duet will feature a “German-Italian entertainment party” with songs and arias by Felix Mendelson-Bertholdi, Fanni Henzel, Franz Schubert, Isabelle Colbrann, Mariette Brambilla and Jiakino Rossini.
The duet is to conduct master classes for Azeri students of Baku Musical Academy on April 9.*
