 | TCFS Group – new Baku Stock Exchange founder |
British “Turks Caicos First Secretarial Ltd.” (TFCS Group) has been registered as new founder of the Baku Stock Exchange. The company has succeeded the “Interservice” company, which used to provide services to diplomatic representations and foreign missions.
City authorities had long been considering the matter before passing the decision last week.
A source from the BSE told AssA-Irada Thursday that TCFS was established in 1980 and specializes in financial planning.
The process of charter fund formation of the Exchange is underway and most founders have already paid half of their participation fees.*
